L. G. likes orders and structures. You can recognise his penchant easily in this painting called “Airborne”. The distinct lines and bright colours let the drawing appear straightforward and clear.

The artist uses different techniques he self-taught. His hands-on approach and curiosity characterise his work. Besides he builds his own canvas, which are his favourite medium for painting because he likes the viscosity and slower drying time of oil.

Cyber-Bullying and Cyber-Mobbing

Dominique Calcò Labbruzzo has written a new article for the newspaper LaPagina. Therein she gives legal advice about Cyber-Bullying and Cyber-Mobbing.

Cyber-Bullying means that someone is being consciously insulted, affronted, exposed or harassed via internet by a single person. Whereas Cyber-Mobbing involves several offenders. Both can be illegal and the victim can appeal to court.

Pornography

Any person who offers, shows, passes on or makes accessible to a person who is under the age of 16 pornographic documents, sound or visual recordings, depictions or other articles of a similar nature or pornographic representations, or broadcasts any of the same on radio or television is liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.

Representations of acts of violence

Any person who produces, imports, stores, markets, promotes, exhibits, offers, shows, makes accessible or makes available sound, film or video recordings or other products in which acts of extreme violence against persons or animals are portrayed, without reasonable cultural or scientific grounds therefor, and in doing so seriously offends basic human dignity is liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.

This artwork by B. S. deals with the problem of agricultural overproduction, due to which farmers have trouble keeping up with the corporate power. According to the artist agricultural overproduction renders obsolete small producers.

B. S. was born in Switzerland, but grew up in Serbia. He is definitely a creative mind. Besides his action in fine arts, he operates also in other areas. For instance he has also worked as a photographer and camera operator.

The perils of Fix-term loans

Dominique Calcò Labbruzzo has written an article about Fix-term Loan in the newspaper LaPagina.

Fixed-term loan

A fixed-term loan is a contract whereby the lender undertakes to transfer the ownership of a sum of money or of other fungible goods to the borrower, who in return undertakes to return objects of the same quantity and quality to him. In normal dealings, interest is payable on a fixed-term loan only where this has specifically been agreed. In commercial transactions, interest is payable on fixed-term loans even where this has not been expressly agreed.

Where a fixed-term loan contract does not stipulate the repayment date or the period of notice to terminate the contract or the expiry of the contract at any time on first request, the borrower must repay the loan within six weeks of the first request by the lender.

In a civil action the lender must prove that the agreement about the back-payment. A quittance of the disbursment does not demonstrate such an agreement.

Italian impressions, spanish literature and french art awards: The artist G. N. gathers her inspiration on various educational journeys and shares her impressions in her artwork. She was born in Switzerland and is currently living in Germany. Only at the beginning of this year she presented her artwork at the ART Innsbruck.

With her work „Nachtfenster“ she relates to a trip to Italy. Mixing warm and cold colours the viewer remembers a calm summer night.
