Legal hints on Swiss Law are available on our blog. Business law constitutes our major field. We work on an international level, advising Swiss nationals and residents, along with international clients, so that they can develop and improve their business in Switzerland and Europe.

We offer counselling on how to invest in art in an appropriate way, and advice artists in all matters related to Intellectual property law.

Costs

The first consultation costs CHF 170. Afterwards there will be an agreement on the fee based on the amount in dispute, time and effort and the complexity factor. The fees start at CHF 260 onwards plus a 6% lump sum. A fee based on the Ordinance on Legal Fees can be stipulated for cases with a low amount in dispute.

An advance payment is requested.

We can file an application for legal aid on your behalf. The parties incur costs for exposure to the administration of justice, unless these are covered by free legal aid. If a person is awarded free legal aid, he/she is exempt from the payment of court costs and the court appoints a lawyer to act on his/her behalf, provided that this is necessary for the protection of his/her rights.

If you have a legal protection insurance, the insurance might assume the legal costs. Dominique Calcò Labbruzzo is a cooperation attorney of AXA-ARAG legal protection insurance.
